Updates to Student Image Permission Form

Dear Teachers,
We have streamlined the “Student Image Permission Form” for the 2023-2024 school year. Students and families will only need to complete the form one time, preferably in the fall. They may choose to give permission for photographs to be used at “all events,” or they may choose only selected events to give permission. We anticipate this change will be easier for parents and teachers as the form will only need to be completed one time per year instead of for each separate event. Please encourage all your students to complete the form this fall.  To download a letter for copying and distribution to families, HERE.  This information can also be found on our website:

Thank you!
