Board meetings will begin at 10:00 a.m. Officers and Chairpersons are expected to attend. Please email three copies of a written report explaining activity in your assigned area of responsibility (one copy each for the President, Secretary, and Vice President). Chairpersons need to submit five copies of event programs (if applicable). Board members will receive a call letter with details and the agenda approximately two weeks before each meeting.
