• September 20th, 2026 – Scale Olympics Registration closes
• September 20th, 2026 – Out and About – September – Deadline is Wednesday before
• September 25th, 2026 – District Fall Conference at Solich Piano 

October 2026

• October 10th, 2026 – Scale Olympics at Otterbein University 
• October 18th, 2026 – Out and About – October – Deadline is Wednesday before

November 2026

• November 5th – 7th, 2026 –  State Conference  in Cleveland
• November 13th, 2026 – IMTF at Stanton’s
