For well over a century, MTNA has been the backbone for a collaborative community of music-teaching professionals, connecting both the seasoned educator and those at the beginning of their career. Membership with MTNA does more than simply complement your career as a music professional—it supports, supplements and shapes it. It empowers music teachers nationwide to become better educators through networking, leadership, mentoring and educational opportunities.
Membership has its benefits! Whether you are joining for the first time, or renewing your membership, MTNA is your source for connecting to peers, ongoing education and countless resources to support your music teaching career.
Membership dues go to three organizations. Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) is the national organization. Ohio Music Teachers Association (OhioMTA) is the state organization. The Central East District represents 17 counties in central and eastern Ohio. The dues schedule is as follows:
Central East District: $15
Total membership dues: $132
