- A motion from the Finance Committee to amend our bylaws concerning the responsibilities of the Treasurer, President and Immediate Past President.
The Annual Membership Meeting is held prior to our Spring Conference.
These documents are being sent in accordance with our Bylaws – Article VI, Section 9 (Proposed Budget) and Article IX, Section 1 (Amendments to Bylaws).
