Dear CEOMTA Members,

As you may recall, District Festival 2017 has been canceled, with the intention to provide a NEW event in its place for 2018. We are in need of a few more CEOMTA members to be part of the planning committee and are also in search of a planning committee chair.

Duties would include:

• Assisting in all aspects of the reorganization and planning of the event (venue, logistics, registration, judge and volunteer recruitment, etc.)
• Attending committee meetings
• Volunteering at the event
• The event chair(s) would set the timeline for planning and meetings.
• The event chair(s) would be part of the Student Activities Committee on the CEOMTA Executive Board. This would include attending board meetings and submitting a report on the status of the event.
