Upcoming Student Programs at OSU School of Music

Piano Day at The Ohio State University School of Music

The Ohio State Keyboard faculty are pleased to present Piano Day, for pianists in grades 9-12 and keyboard teachers, on Saturday, May 13 from 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The event features seven fun and interactive mini-workshops that focus on solo and collaborative skills. Participants will work closely with each of our keyboard faculty to explore solutions to technical and musical problems while developing greater self-awareness and productivity from daily practice. The day will conclude with a Q&A with faculty and alumni regarding career possibilities. The $35 fee includes lunch.

Visit music.osu.edu/piano-day for details and online registration. Register by April 14.

Our world-class faculty has crafted rich experiences to engage the individual as a musician, person, and scholar during their stay. This summer we offer 10 programs during June and July for middle and high school musicians. Some are day programs, most are residential (some with a commuter option.)
