We hope to see you at the April 13, 2018 CeOMTA Spring Conference and All Member Meeting. The event will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 450 N. Liberty St., Powell Ohio, 43065. Registration is at 9:15 a.m. and we will begin the meeting promptly with a drawing for a door prize at 9:30 a.m.

The short meeting will include the presentation of new CeOMTA Officers and approval of the new budget. The All-Member Business Meeting is also a forum where members may bring forward items for consideration. Please notify President Rachel Mills in writing (rmauri47@gmail.com) by March 30, 2018 of any items you wish to address.

Also included in the Conference will be presentations about some exciting upcoming CeOMTA events and activities. Learn about your organization!!

The Speaker for the day is Dr. Andrea McAlister, NCTM Associate Piano Professor at Oberlin College. Her topic will be “Better than Good”. Practical ideas for teaching with a language that fosters student self-empowerment will be presented.
